3. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from MyAutoInc and our insurance carrier partners at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include: quote updates, coverage comparisons, coverage reminders, account-related communications, promotional offers, insurance tips, and service updates.

Message frequency will vary based on account activity and your preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe. In addition to replying STOP, you may revoke your SMS consent at any time through any reasonable method, including by email at admin@myautoinc.com, through our website contact form at myautoinc.com/contact, or by written request mailed to 48395 Marketing LLC, 3419 VIA LIDO 273, NEWPORT BEACH, CA 92663. All revocation requests will be honored within 10 business days.

Carriers: Service is available on all major U.S. carriers. Wireless carriers may receive message metadata such as delivery status and routing data as necessary to transmit SMS messages. This operational data sharing is required to deliver messages and is separate from our prohibition on sharing SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes. MyAutoInc is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Data Sharing Prohibition: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention: We retain SMS consent records for a minimum of 4 years from the date of consent in compliance with the TCPA statute of limitations (47 U.S.C. § 227). Opt-out and revocation records are retained for a minimum of 10 years for users in Virginia in compliance with Virginia SB 1339 (effective January 1, 2026). To request deletion of your personal information including your phone number and SMS consent records, email admin@myautoinc.comwith the subject line "Privacy Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

4. TCPA Compliance

MyAutoInc complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable FCC regulations. By submitting your phone number through our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the account holder or have authorization for the phone number provided
• You expressly consent to receive autodialed, pre-recorded, and/or artificial voice calls and SMS/text messages from MyAutoInc and our affiliated insurance partners
• Your consent is not required to purchase any product or service from us
• You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP
